Our Story

Steady Ground Strategies helps growing founders get out of the weeds, make clear decisions, and build the systems and structure their business needs to scale sustainably.

Founded by Jenna Monahan, Steady Ground Strategies is backed by more than a decade of experience across both small businesses and large enterprises. The work combines hands-on operational expertise with a people-first approach to growth, helping founder-led companies move out of reaction mode and into intentional, steady progress.
